Welcome to Training!

Congratulations on being selected to be a part of My Freight Staff’s Virtual Assistant training program. Here you will be provided with the tools to navigate day to day operations in your upcoming freight transportation career. Here are a few things to note:

You will notice that now the myfreightstaff.ph website now shows the “My Courses” tab above. Here you will find all of the courses you must pass in order to complete training successfully. 70% is the passing threshold. If you do not maintain an average of 70% you will not pass nor will a training completion bonus be paid.

Courses may have timers on the bottom, this means that you must stay on the page for the displayed amount of time before you can move on. If you move away from the page, the timer will start over. The purpose of the mandatory time is for you to read and hand write notes for use in subsequent quizes.

Some assignments require that you complete and upload them here. Please have the necessary tools ready to complete and upload these assignments before they are due.

From 3:00pm – 4:00pm PST each day, your trainer will send out a link to a group ring central meeting to answer any questions and discuss topics in greater detail. Save any training questions for then. (Advanced Training Only)

During Advanced Training high scoring trainees may receive additional compensation for exceptional work on top of their normal training bonus. A large portion of the points will be awarded for answering verbal questions correctly during video chat quizzes.

Most dedicated trainees pass our 5 day training course but it is possible to fail and not be endorsed to clients.

Screenshots or copies of MFS Training are expressly prohibited. Offenders will be ejected from training immediately!
